Yes. All of the items we sell on our web store are also available for purchase and/or pick-up at our showroom location at 29 West 46th Street in Midtown, Manhattan, NYC.
Why do I have to log into my Amazon account to complete a purchase on H and B Digital.com?
H and B Digital uses the trusted Amazon payment system for credit card processing.
Why my order has been cancelled?
H and B Digital requires all orders over $399.99 to be paid through Paypal or Amazon payments. Every order over $399.99 paid using other payment method will be cancelled. Following by an email notification to the customer explaining the reasons the order was cancelled and the steps to complete the order. Please contact us if you have further questions regarding this policy.
Will my credit card be charged when I pre-order an item?
No. Your credit card will not be charged until the item you order has been shipped.
Why is my pre-ordered item not available on the expected arrival date?
The expected arrival date is given to us by the manufacturer of that item.
Sometimes the manufacturer does not ship the item or does not have the item available on the precise date that they originally provided us with to put on our website.
What happened to my pre-order item?
After 30 days if an item is not shipped, Amazon Checkout cancels the order. we can’t control the cancellation, however, H and B Digital still has your order on file. This means that when the item arrives at our store we will reserve the item for your order and you will still have first priority. We may call you to get your credit card information before we ship you your item.
Example: You order an item on September 10th and the pre-order date is for November 5th, since it is over 30 days from the time you ordered your item, Amazon Checkout will cancel the order because we did not ship it. However, once we receive this item in stock, we will see your order in our system and then we will be able to ship you your purchase.
What is Imported mean?
Items that are imported, does not have a USA warranty, they have a limited 90 day warranty. They may have a one Year European or Asian warranty depending on each product.
- The product is not accompanied by a US warranty;
- The product is not accompanied by instructions in English;
- The product is not eligible for a rebate offered by the manufacturer.
