Each product is fully guaranteed by the manufacturer. The complete warranty is included with the product. The manufacturer's warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts, subject to the conditions set by the manufacturer. H and B Digital offers an exclusive 30 days exchange / refund policy if an item is still in NEW Condition Unused. Returns are permitted within 30 days from the date of receipt of merchandise. All returns require a Return Authorization (RMA) number, which you can obtain by email. Please note that an RMA number does not guarantee final disposition. All returns are subject to inspection. All exchanged or returned merchandise must be in Original Factory Condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled out), and accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or packaging. We will charge you for replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on, or taped-on contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such returns. The serial number of your return must match the serial number that was shipped to you. Serial numbers that do not match will be returned. Shipping and Handling is not refundable. Following are exceptions to our standard 30 day return policy: If the item is not in above condition. H and B Digital will not accept a return of any product
that is missing any manufacturer supplied accessories or if there is
obvious damage or visible wear and tear to the unit or packaging. In all instances, Shipping and Handling Charges are NOT refundable. Non-Returnable Products and special ordered items, Headphone, shavers,
televisions, or PAL equipment
are non-returnable, Large screen televisions come with
at-home service and can not be returned even when defective.
H and B digital does not accept returns on Cellular phones, even when the product is unopened. If a unit is found to be 'dead on arrival' (if it does not power on after receiving, charging and activating the product), providing the customer notifies our customer service department by email within 48 hours of receipt of the defective item, H and B digital will exchange the product for an identical item.
